Coloring- black-white to color

The tutorial: -Not made by me-

1) The Skin Color
add a new colorfill layer #cea89b, set it to linear burn at 90 % opacity
add a new colorfill layer #cea89b set it to soft light at 80 % opacity
add a new colorfill layer #edd2c5v set it to soft light at 80% opacity
add a new colorfill layer #000000 set it to color at 30 % opacity
add a new photofilter: yellow with density: 15%
now drag your base to the top and set it so luminosity
again, create a new fill layer #000000, set it so color at 65%. but this time only erase everything but the eyes so they are white.
this is how mine turned out so far


2) The Make Up

eye-shadow: take a soft brush and color the area around the eyes, i used #242a24, and set it to hue at 35%
lips: take a soft brush and color her lips with a light grey-is pink, i used #c59ab3, and set it to color burn at 72&
eyebrows: color the eyebrows with a dark brown, i used #543600, and set it exclusion at 43%
eyes: color her eyes dark green, i used #3f5833, and set it to soft light at 100%. then take a really soft brush and only color the middle of her eyes in a grey-is blue so you can still see the green, i used #6b748c, and and set it to colordodge at 73&

to make her look a little more natural create a new selective coloring layer:
